What it is

Testosterone cypionate and enanthate are long-acting injectable testosterone esters, the standard bases used in medically supervised TRT for diagnosed hypogonadism (clinically low testosterone). Their pharmacology and effects are among the best-understood of any compound in this entire library.

The evidence gap here isn't about whether testosterone 'works' — it clearly raises testosterone and its downstream effects. The gap is between a monitored medical programme (blood tests, dose titration, managing side effects) and self-directed use outside that structure, which carries real, well-documented risks to fertility, cardiovascular health and blood counts.
