What the website processes
Vercel hosts Pepteca and processes ordinary request and operational information needed to deliver and protect the site. Supabase stores the content-management database. Security controls may keep a short-lived keyed digest of a network address; the rate-limit record does not contain the raw address or an email address.
Google Analytics is optional and does not load until you accept analytics cookies. Pepteca sends broad content groups and engagement actions, not email addresses, query strings, form responses, COA text, search terms, legal-lookup input, or exact peptide and guide names. Sentry receives redacted technical error details only when error monitoring is configured.
Email access
Reader email capture and marketing email are currently disabled. If enabled later, an email address would be used to provide requested content access, and optional briefing consent would be recorded separately. Pepteca will not send a marketing briefing until confirmation, unsubscribe, suppression, and deletion controls are operational.
Purposes and choices
Essential processing supports website delivery, security, debugging, and the integrity of the editorial service. Optional analytics relies on your consent. You can reject analytics without losing access, reopen Cookie settings from the footer, and withdraw consent at any time. Pepteca does not sell personal data or intentionally create identifiable health-interest profiles.
Retention and recipients
The analytics preference is kept for up to 180 days. GA4 is configured for two-month event-level retention with reset on new activity disabled. Security and operational information is retained only for the shortest period supported by the active provider plan and needed to investigate reliability or abuse. Google, Vercel, Supabase, and, when configured, Sentry act as service providers for the functions described here and may process data internationally under their contractual safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where the relevant right applies by emailing rhufinix@gmail.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Pepteca may need reasonable information to verify a request and will explain if a requested right does not apply.
Changes
This notice will be updated when Pepteca enables email collection, adds a processor, materially changes measurement, or changes how personal data is used. The updated date appears at the top of this page.
