Editorial independence
Editorial conclusions are not for sale. Pepteca does not accept payment, free products, referral fees, supplier commissions, favourable access, or gifts in exchange for coverage, evidence grades, legal lanes, rankings, or the removal of criticism.
Contributor disclosure
Authors and reviewers must disclose material financial, professional, research, advocacy, and personal relationships relevant to their work. A relevant conflict is shown on the affected page; a conflict may require reassignment or additional independent review.
Funding and commercial separation
Any sponsorship, advertising, affiliate arrangement, grant, or donated service will be labelled. Commercial work cannot select sources, change conclusions, suppress corrections, or bypass the publication standard. Pepteca currently does not place vendor links inside guides.
AI assistance
AI may help organise research or draft text. It is not treated as a source or reviewer. Human editors remain responsible for checking citations, uncertainty, conflicts, and the final publication status.
Corrections
A previously undisclosed material conflict is treated as a correction issue. Readers can report one through the Contact page, and consequential changes are recorded in the public corrections process.
