What it is
GHRP-6 was one of the first growth-hormone-releasing peptides studied, dating to 1980s research. Like GHRP-2, it acts on the ghrelin receptor, but is generally reported as having an even stronger hunger-inducing effect.
Its GH-releasing pharmacology has real human study history. What hasn't been shown is that the resulting GH pulses, taken at community doses over weeks or months, deliver the muscle-gain and fat-loss outcomes it's marketed for.
