What it is

Kisspeptin sits upstream of the reproductive hormone system, triggering release of GnRH and downstream sex hormones. It's one of the better-studied compounds in this library in humans specifically — UK academic research (including work at Imperial College London) has run real randomised trials on kisspeptin for low sexual desire and as part of fertility-treatment protocols.

Despite this genuine research pedigree, it is not an approved treatment for libido or fertility — the trials are still investigational, and what's sold to consumers is an unregulated research chemical, not the trial-grade product.
