What it is

This is the natural fragment of growth hormone thought to be responsible for its fat-metabolising effects, isolated from the parts responsible for GH's growth and blood-sugar effects. AOD-9604 is a modified, more stable version of essentially the same idea.

As with AOD-9604, the appeal is 'fat-burning without GH's downsides' — but human trial support for meaningful fat loss at community doses is thin, resting mostly on animal studies and the mechanism itself.

The science, graded

What’s claimed — and how strong the evidence behind each claim actually is.

“Burns fat without raising blood sugar”

Supported by animal fat-metabolism studies; the closely related AOD-9604 failed to beat placebo in its human obesity trial.

“Free of GH's growth-related side effects”

Consistent with the fragment's design rationale; not separately confirmed in large human trials.
